While Telex doesn’t yet have Slack’s wide ecosystem, it has something unique—its ability to integrate apps like WhatsApp, Instagram, and even project management tools, directly into the platform. For example, imagine not needing to install WhatsApp on your phone while still receiving messages on the platform through Telex. This is an especially attractive feature for iPhone users who often face storage issues.

Another area where Telex stands apart is task tracking. While Slack offers some project management capabilities, Telex is designed to focus on operational workflows and task tracking. While Telex isn’t yet a full-blown CRM or social media manager, it is positioning itself as a hub for managing all your notifications—whether they’re from emails, project management tools, or social media.
